We are very excited to introduce you to a new member of staff, who we will be welcoming to Marjory Kinnon School. Rumi is a 14 week old Silver Labrador who is in training to become a school therapy dog and is set to become an integral part of our school community. Rumi is owned by Mr Sedaghat, a new member of staff who pupils and parents will see more of, when the school reopens. Prior to purchasing Rumi, Mr Sedaghat spoke to the breeders and visited the home of the puppy’s parents to ensure that the temperament of the parents was suitable for interaction with children.
